Academic areas include: Urban Practices comprising urban design, urban planning, urban transformations, regional planning; Landscape Practices comprising landscape urbanism, urban ecology, water management; Urban Media and Technological Practices comprising the networked city, mapping, GIS; and history and theory of urbanism and landscape with a focus on urban planning history.
