Context:
Service Design is emerging as a new design discipline in which design is used to create new value in the service sector. The AT-ONE project developed a process, methods and tools for service design.
Goals:
To develop service-specific, design-based, innovation support for cross-functional teams during the first stages of the New Service Development process.
