The main objective of the project is to interiorize the cliff, allowing the Marine Research center to adopt its properties.
The elevation line and the cut determine the footprint of the building as well as the outline of the main research space. Double wall staircases are machines serving the research space. The activities of the station are displayed from the open outdoor space that is accessible from the cafe and the research residence area.
