Human Resources and organization department

The department is responsible for archive- and HR and management support.

The Human Resources and organization department assists and advises leaders and personnel on employment issues. The department is responsible for developing and managing AHO’s HR policy. It supports organizational development, skills and competency development and secures sound recruitment. The coordination of AHO’s work on physical, psychosocial and organizational work environment is part of the department’s responsibility.

The Archive is responsible for secure and efficient procedural documentation, along with training and consulting on electronic processing, the Freedom of information act, and storage of archival material.

The HR-department provides secretarial assistance for the Board, AMU (working environment committee), equality and diversity committee, and is the point of contact for unions, safety representatives and occupational health issue.
