Sign up for a course in yoga and stress management

We have 20 free spots in a yoga and stress management course that start on Tuesday 12 October from 8 pm -  9 pm. The course runs over six times at the same time and place.

The course has yoga mats you can borrow, but bring your own matt if you have one. You can also bring a small pillow and a blanket if you want to. 

It is possible to sign up for the course after it has begun if spots are available. The course will be taught by a skilled yoga and mindfulness teacher,  Tina Rasmussen Nyborg. 

AHO has received funds from SIO to offer this course especially with regards to exam stress. If there are many international students, Tina will teach the course in English.
