Viktig informasjon om høstsemesteret 2021 for studenter i grunnutdanningen

Alle studenter må gjennomføre semesterregistrering i studentweb. Her finner du informasjon om hvordan du gjør det. 


Semesterregistrering innebærer:

Betale semesteravgift – frist: 1. september
Du finner betalingsinformasjonen i studentweb.
For at du skal kunne motta støtte fra Lånekassen, må denne være registrert som betalt, så det bør gjøres så snart som mulig. Det kan ta en stund fra du betaler til dette er rapportert og registrert.

Undervisningsmelding – absolutt siste frist: 10. august
Du sjekker utdanningsplanen din og melder deg til undervisning og eksamen i emnene dine i studentweb. Når du er meldt til undervisning, får du tilgang til Moodle og kommer med på kursenes e-post-lister. Derfor bør du melde deg til undervisning allerede nå. 

Kontakt studierådgiver dersom det er feil emner i planen el.l.

Eksamensmelding – absolutt siste frist 1.september
Du kan melde deg til eksamen samtidig som du melder deg til undervisning.
Du vil ikke få tilgang til wiseflow o.l. eller kunne få sensur dersom du ikke er meldt til eksamen.

Results from course applications

You should see which courses you are assigned in studentweb. 

To accept and keep the spot, you must complete the semester registration in studentweb by registering for class and exam. When you register for class, you will also get access to Moodle rooms and appear on the course`s mailing lists.

If you`re doing pre diploma or diploma, you must remember to register for these classes too.

Deadlines: 
  • Register for class (accepting the spot): June 17th
  • Register for exam: September 1st

Please note that course spots that are not accepted by the registration deadline, may be given to students on wait lists!

How to swap to other courses?
If you did not get your top priorities and want to change, you need to contact your study adviser. 
In most cases there will be waiting lists and opening of new spots will depend on if there are other students withdrawing. There are limitations on the number of students allowed in each course.
You cannot swap courses by contacting the teachers directly. This is very important.
You can be put on the wait lists by contacting your study adviser. The wait lists is organized as a regular queue – first come, first served.

Not assigned to any courses in student web?
Please contact the study administration – most probably there have been a mistake that needs to be resolved. It`s a difficult puzzle, but everyone should be assigned courses.
Seeking a leave of absence or going on exchange?
Please let your study adviser know, so course spots could be opened for other students.
If you are not sure if you`re leaving, you should register for class by the deadline to not lose the spot – but remember to withdraw and inform your study adviser as soon as you know you`re going.

Semester fee payment
You find the semester fee invoice in student web. This must be paid by September 1st for you to have the right to study and attend exams. However you should pay as soon as possible – you will not get access to Lånekassen funding and such services unless the semester fee is paid. The reporting from AHO to Lånekassen takes some time, so payment will not be updated and visible immediately.
