Urbanistic Projects: New Generational Paths #4
The international seminars cycle "Urbanistic Projects. New Generational Paths" aims to outline emerging practices and cultures in European city design. The event takes place every Tuesday from 17:00-19:00 from 28 September to 9 November and will feature award-winning emerging urban design firms from France, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Organized as a dialogue between a Scholar and a young Practitioner (Office) whose activity focuses on the same EU territory, the seminar aims at revealing issues, tools and alliances that are specific and shared by contemporary EU territories.
The event is organized by the University of Florence (Department of Architecture) and the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (Department of Urbanism and Landscape). It is supported by the Metropolitan City of Florence and the Ordine Architetti P.P.C. Firenze and AHO Jubilee program for the school 75th anniversary.
Seminars will be visible free of charge in live streaming. More details are available on the dedicated website: https://urbanisticprojects.eu/.
Initiators and coordinators: Carlo Pisano (UNIFI) and Giambattista Zaccariotto (AHO).
