Practical information

Principles for course allocation

• Note: You do not choose courses freely; instead, you apply for placement by prioritizing your preferences in Studentweb.
• Fill all priorities with genuine wishes, as you may be offered a spot in any of your prioritized courses.
• Placement is based on the progress in your studies (seniority). This means that students in their Pre-Diploma semester receive higher ranking than those applying for courses for the first time.
• Course allocation is final, and there is no possibility of being placed on a waiting list.

Please note:

• Landscape Architecture: Mandatory courses in the first semester are automatically included in the study plan and do not require an application for placement.
• Pre-Diploma: Students in their final semester before graduation should include the pre-diploma in their study plan and do not to apply for elective courses.
• Courses are allocated exclusively through applications in Studentweb and not via the institute or teachers.

 

Deadlines for registering course preferences in Studentweb:

• Studentweb opens for registration: May 2nd
• Final deadline for registration: May 12th
• Responses to applications: Approximately June 2nd
