Course content

It is impossible to find innovative solutions to complex problems without incorporating a sustainability perspective and the notion of the circular economy as well as a life-cycle assessment.

This module takes a broader look at worldviews, a deep dive into sustainability, and we will also go beyond sustainability and look at regenerative design. We will discuss and reflect together, and test out different concepts and ways of intervening.

Learning outcome
  • Comprehension of the use regenerative design, sustainability and concepts
  • Knowledge of system changes to achieve a more circular economy
  • Success in applying methods for visualization of complexity for better communication
Working and learning activities

The module consists of lectures, brief introductions to exercises and practical work in groups of students who encounter similar problems in their own work situations. The module is comprised of two seminars.
