‘The Faces of the Welfare State’ is a project about employee experiences through internal change at NAV. The project explores how increased focus on the working environment and good implementation of change can help NAV when facing future challenges.
The way NAV organizes and implements change today is not optimal, and has a negative impact on the work environment and the employee experience. This project therefore explores an alternative solution for organizing and implementing initiatives and organizational change.
The project initiates common guide lines, activities and tools to build a better understanding of the internal work environment and actionable space for change and initiatives that meet employee needs.
The service will provide employees with a safe framework for change processes, express trust and respect for em-ployees’ experience and knowledge, and build a workplace culture that supports their employees in challenging roles and situations.
