Andreas Wettre brings extensive experience in managing complexity as a systemic process designer, offering a unique organizational and leadership perspective to systems oriented design. Since 2021, Andreas, in collaboration with Birger Sevaldson, has developed and led our SOD Executive Master course. This course has achieved significant success in uniting professionals from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their ability to apply SOD principles to the systems they work within.
In addition to his work on the Executive Master course, Andreas has developed and taught several courses at both the bachelor’s and master’s levels at AHO. These courses employ systems oriented design to deepen students' understanding of complexity and human behavior in socio-technical systems.
Andreas holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business and leadership. He possesses 15 years of experience in management positions within industrial companies and has 20 years of consulting experience. He has also been teaching at Kristiania. Since 2011, Andreas has been affiliated with the AHO Institute of Design, transitioning to a full-time position in 2019.
