The minister of climate and environment visited AHO
It was the minister himself who had asked for the visit to get an insight into how the school is working on challanges related to climate and sustainability, urban agglomeration and the use and reuse of existing urban areas.
The minister was shown around the school, presented various student projects and introduced to the school's commitment to sustainability goals.
One of the purposes of the visit was to gain knowledge that could better political planning in line with the UN's sustainability goals and UN Habitat planning principles.
How smart are actually Norwegian cities? And how does the school work with architectural protection - and transformations? These questions were among the topics that were highlighted by AHO professors and teachers.
In addition, AHO-students presented climate and wood house projects, and talked about how the school work on climate-, environmental-, human-, and natural changes.
