The Wave nominated to MCHAP

The Wave is located in Valparasio, a coastal town in Chile, 120 km from the capital Santiago. It is a 300m² multipurpose open air stage that offers music, theatre, circus as well as a café, an urban garden, workshops, restrooms and a storage space. The construction accommodates about 100 people.

The prize is awarded biennially to the best built works of architecture, in its most broad definition. The Wave is nominated for work realized between January 2014 and December 2015.
