IFLA World Congress 2019 in Oslo

International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) is held in Oslo from 18-20th. September. Institute of Urbanism and Landscape at AHO is involved with exhibition, book launch, performance, workshops, film screenings etc.
Common Ground, the title of the congress, will have an early kick-off with the exhibition Oslo Hydropolis in the AHO Gallery on Tuesday September 17th. from 5PM. The exhibition will last until September 25th.
"During three days in Oslo, we aim to inspire, challenge and intrigue you. We want you to share and reflect on the knowledge that is developed, presented and discussed. Join us in moving one step further to understand and protect our COMMON GROUND."
During the congress AHO will launch the new book series Under Under 1 with Associate Professor Luis Callejas as the main editor. At Youngstorget, close to the Oslo Congress Centre where IFLA 2019 is held, there will be a Student- Charrette-performance on Wednesday September 18th. from 10.30AM with AHO-students and the artist Kurt Johannenssen. Teachers and students will also participate in seminars, discussions, book-cafés and film screenings as part of the official programme.
The congress is part of Oslo European Green Capital 2019.
