Join us as AHO Design grows

To meet the increasing demand for designers in Norway, the Ministry of Education and Research granted AHO funding for 30 new design students in 2020. With this, the size of the 5-year integrated Master of Design programme has doubled – going from 30 student places to accepting 60 new students each year.
 
This means the Institute of Design is going through a unique and exciting transition – developing new curriculum, new research and hiring new staff. Right now, the institute is looking for several skilled and passionate professors to teach different disciplines within the design field. There is a mixture of both permanent full-time and part-time positions available. 
 
In the process of expanding, it is central for AHO to develop and maintain staff with a diverse and balanced mix of gender, age and social and cultural background. Women and persons with a minority background are particularly encouraged to apply for the positions. As an institution, AHO is eager to support career development opportunities, and we look forward to discuss this with you.
