Service Design futures: Rehabilitation hospitals

Students are currently working at a hospital to bring design practices into healthcare environments.

A Masters course has moved the studio into Sunnaas Rehabilitation Hospital at Nesodden, near Oslo. For 10 weeks, the students will be included in the hospital environment, with the goal to understand, visualize and inspire the development of the rehabilitation hospitals of the future.

The project, “The Design Lab”, is part of the Master course Service Design2: Service Design futures. It aims to bring design practices into healthcare environments in order to support the creation of innovative patient-centric healthcare services.
