- Efficient production of geopoymer cement.
- An enviroment that is arranged for good climatic conditions. This means that focus on air purification, removal of suspended dust is important.
- Be a place where the emplyees should be able to work in good spatialities, by focus on light conditions and an architecture that facilitates social conditions.

This thesis explores how a building and its spatial qualities can promote unorganized social activities for young people in Bjerke, Oslo. It highlights the youth club as a contributor to the rising demand for diverse leisure offerings in an area that is expecting massive urban development and extensive growth both in housing and population.

A building called the «Horse Clinic» used to be part of the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science at Adamstuen in Oslo, Norway, and was in the period 1927 - 2020 used as a hospital for horses. Today, it is empty and is listed with the highest level of protection in Norway.

In the 1920s the factory entered an adventure of being the leading producer of swimsuits in Norway and the Nordic region, and in this project I propose to transform the building into a cultural center with workshops and exhibitions that shed light on the building’s colorful, fun and provocative history. By maintaining a connection to the past, while opening the building up to the public, more people can share my excitement about the history of Bikinifabrikken.

Norwegian Scenic Route projects are high-end architectural interventions. Fundamentally free to use, the projects are intended to guide tourists along Norway’s designated scenic routes. They are also framing devices, deeming certain pieces of landscape to be more important than others. These projects become isolated nodes along a network on the scale of international tourism.
