Language of instruction: English
Exchange students are expected to have a good basic understanding in English. Level B1 advised. Eindhoven school of design check the English level with the introduction video exchange candidates have to upload for the application process.

Which courses can I take?

Exchange is possible for a maximum of one semester and at Bachelor level only. Master students can still apply – if accepted they will be placed in the Bachelor course.

What is the duration of the semester?

Autumn semester: End of August - end of January
Spring semester: Early February - early July
The specific dates in the Academic calendar vary from year to year.

Accommodation

It is the responsibility of each student to arrange their own housing while studying at Design Academy Eindhoven.

What does it cost?

As an exchange student you pay only the AHO semester fee

Who can apply?

Design students who are in their 6th, 7th or 8th semester the semester they apply for exchange.

Apply for exchange studies through AHO by 1 February / 15 September through the application form found here
