How long is the duration of each semester?

Autumn semester (20 weeks): beginning of September – end of January
Spring semester (20 weeks): end of January – end of June

Accommodation

Riga Technical University offers accommodation on condition that you have already registered or will be registered as a student at RTU at the beginning of the Accommodation Period and remain registered student throughout the Accommodation Period. In the autumn semester the ormitories are open from August 25, and in spring from January 25.

What does it cost? 

As an exchange student you pay only the AHO semester fee. 

Who can apply? 

Architecture students who are in their 6th, 7th or 8th semester at the time of application.

How to apply?

Apply for exchange studies through AHO by 1 February / 15 September through the application form found here.

If you are nominated for exchange, submit your application to the partner institution.
