TCU does not provide student housing but will assist in finding and securing housing.
 

What does it cost? 

As an exchange student you pay only the AHO semester fee. 
 

Who can apply? 

Architecture students who are in their 6th, 7th or 8th semester at the time of application.
 

How to apply?

Apply for exchange studies through AHO by 1 February / 15 September through the application form found here.

If you are nominated by AHO, AHO will send your application by e-mail to TCU. Forms and templates for your application will be sent to you by the AHO International Office after you have accepted the nomination.

01. Exchange Student Application Form for Admission to Tokyo City University 
02. Letter of Recommendation
03. Outline of Study Plan (Letter of Motivation)
04. Declaration
05. Application for Certificate of eligibility in Japan
06. Certificate of Health (it is acceptable by any other format)
07. Certificate of Enrollment (your home university at present) 
08. Academic Transcript
09. Bank statement of applicant or parents
10. ID Photo (30mm~40mm 300dpi) *reference site
11. Passport ID page copy
12. Student works Portfolio
